Welcome to your new studio

...AND FINALLY! I humbly present to you, your new private yoga practice space at Sarasponda Yoga.

I am so grateful to be able to offer professional private yoga services out of my home, but I want to make sure that it feels like a true studio experience for you... and so, we've made some changes!

​We began renovating the studio last week and the makeover is finally complete! I'm head over heels for my new yoga shala and I can't wait to share this beautiful, peaceful space with you. 

The vibe has been elevated to a whole new level and I'm confident that these upgrades will foster an even better yoga experience.

Here's what we did:

• removed the carpet and replaced it with laminate flooring
• mounted 6'x6' seamless mirrors on front and left walls
• purchased all new MANDUKA PRO yoga mats for your comfort!
• upgraded the decor to improve the overall vibe
