KARMA YOGA CONTINUES ON MONDAY NIGHTS

Our free outdoor yoga classes have been so much fun, and we thank each and every yogi who has been a part of it so far! We will continue to host karma yoga on the west side of Lethbridge throughout August, every Monday night at 6pm.

STEPPING BACK INTO THE FIRE

Starting in August, I'll be joining the lovely crew at Hot Yoga Lethbridge and teaching 26&2 classes again! (Also known as Bikram Yoga, Ghosh Yoga, and Hot Yoga)

The studio offers a variety of classes in a relaxed, welcoming environment and I'm truly so honoured to be back.

PRIVATE YOGA: BOOKING AUGUST SESSIONS NOW

As my schedule is already beginning to get quite full, I've decided to book private yoga sessions for as much of August as possible. 

As things stand now, I have openings on:
*Sundays (flexible)* &* Wednesday evenings*
(Mondays will open again in September)

Please message me if you have questions about any of the above, or if you would like to book a private yoga session. Customized home yoga programs will also become available again in the Fall. (Ask me about a full-length, personalized class in video format!)
