Bringing 26&2 Yoga to the Lethbridge Arts Centre!

Although I love teaching private yoga sessions and taking a one-on-one approach to yoga instruction and wellness coaching, I also really want to provide a weekly donation-based yoga class accessible to all levels: NO YOGA EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!

Begins APRIL 1st and runs every FRIDAY @ 6:00PM in the beautiful CASA studio located in downtown Lethbridge. 

The first community yoga class Sarasponda Yoga will be offering is the 26/2 Sequence, which is a series of Hatha Yoga Asanas developed by Bikram Choudhury under the guidance of his teacher and Guru, Bishnu Ghosh, brother of world renowned Yogi and Philosopher, Paramahansa Yogananda. This is an incredible series designed to work every part of your body. Unlike classic Bikram style yoga, this class will NOT be heated, and we will complete ONE set (rather than 2) of each posture.
