CUSTOMIZED YOGA
While teaching yoga classes in the usual group format in a variety of studios and fitness spaces over the past 8 years, I found there was a significant need for personalized yoga. I noticed that many people avoid yoga studios altogether, believing it's not the right fit for them, or perhaps that they're too limited by their current circumstances to join a group class. But in my experience, there is a yoga practice that suits everyone; you just have to stay open and be willing to explore.
Home yoga offers us a unique opportunity to discover the power of this ancient healing practice in our own way, in our own time. And while the freedom and possibility of home yoga practice is appealing, the problem for many of us is that we aren't sure where to start, haven't found a practice supportive of our current needs and goals, or have difficulty staying consistent.

Whether you're brand new to yoga and looking for a solid introduction to build your foundation, a seasoned practitioner who'd like to progress further, or recovering from an injury or illness that makes joining a group class challenging (or impossible), there is a style and method of yoga practice that will work for you - I'm here to help you discover and cultivate that personal practice. My customized yoga programs are always devoted to your unique personal needs and goals -- this is truly yoga made for you.

Depending on your location, we'll meet either in person, over the phone or online (video chat options available) to discuss your particular needs and goals. I will then create a program that I believe will be best suited to you, which will consist of home yoga practices and drills (more details below).
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Customized programs will consist primarily of video content made just for you, and will be yours to keep forever. Programs are available in 30-minute video segments, with discounts for purchasing multiple programs or larger segments of content. (*There is a 30-minute minimum and 90-minute maximum for each client per month.*) Written instructions/tips and sequences are also available for your reference, upon request. Weekly check-ins will keep you on track and ensure the program is still best suited to your personal needs and goals.
